Directions
From the traffic light and intersection of Hwy 76 and 75 in Hiawassee, take Hwy 76 east towards Clayton. Go approximately 2.8 miles and turn right on Hwy 288/Sunnyside. Go approximately 2/10 mile and turn left on Fodder Creek Rd. Go approximately 2.3 miles and turn left into Fodder Creek Estates at sign. Go approximately 2/10 mile and turn right on Baldview Drive. Go approximately 4/10 mile to the lot on the right. See yellow and blue for sale sign.
