Directions
From Sylva take US 441 S and turn R at Greens Creek Rd, turn L at Brush Fork Rd and then L at Century Drive and take immediate L on Cold Brook Trail. Road will make a sharp right turn. Follow road up the hill and lots will be on the L (a camper is on the property) and a cleared home site is up the road to the top of the property.
